Langourla is a small village 30 minutes due south west of the Breton town of Dinan and 35 minutes from the coast.

Local facilities include a Post Office, 3 bars, boulangerie, epicerie, lake with fishing, playground and fitness trail, library, playground, open-air theatre and tennis court.

An international jazz festival is held every year here in August.

Adjacent to the house is La Haute Tinguaie which is the owners home. This is in 3 acres of woodland with a trout stream and spectacular granite rock formations to explore.

Visitors are invited to share and enjoy these at their leisure. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, birdwatching, fishing, golf and horseriding.
